Lawn Care
Our base rates cover up to 1/4 acre. For larger properties, add $50 per additional 1/4 acre (applies only to services marked with an asterisk *) Estimate your total with our calculator below.
Weed Control & Fertilization
*$75/application every 5-6 weeks
Citric acid, oil, and soap-based weed control is combined with a natural fertilizer containing bat guano, worm castings, and kelp.
Bed Maintenance
$60/application every 4 weeks
We will maintain your mulch, pine straw and rock beds with organic grass killer.
Aeration
*$150 1x year
Aeration loosens compacted soil and helps root growth, and is necessary for the overall health of the lawn. Bermuda Jun-Jul, Fescue Sep-Oct
Seeding
Fescue $250
(Full rate for each additional 1/4 acre)
Seeding reduces erosion and run-off, and eliminates bare patches on lawn. Thicker the grass, the less weeds. Includes fertilizer
Fungicide Treatment

Helps prevent and repair lawn fungi, such as brown patch and dollar spot, during hot & humid summer months.
Armyworm Control
*$75/application
Prevent widespread lawn damage with a non-toxic, targeted treatment to kill the catepillar larvae munching on your grass blades.
Pest Control

Natural botanical insecticide. We treat the outside perimeter of your home and provide a spray bottle of our organic solution for your indoor needs.
Mosquito Control
$75/application every 3-4 weeks
Garlic-based formula repels mosquitoes by killing active mosquitoes and their eggs. Safe for your family and pets..
Fire Ant Control

Eliminate ants and their mounds in your yard with our high concentration garlic-based formula.
Mole, Vole & Grub Control

You will only be charged after service has been applied. No refunds on services already applied or performed.
The bank card that we keep on file will be charged within 24-48 hours for the services performed. You will receive an electronic receipt to your email from Carolina Turf indicating the services that were performed that day.
After the completion of every service, a service indicator flag will be placed close to your mailbox or front lawn if you do not have a mailbox.
